Not the breakfast type. The type you fill with some sort of filling (cinnamon sugar or chicken mushroom sauce.)
The serving size indicates how many pancakes come out. How much you can eat depends on the filling. An adult female may eat 5 with cinnamon sugar but may only want 2 with mince

Instructions
Step 1
Sift dry ingredients together
Step 2
Mix liquid ingredients together
Step 3
Whisk liquid mixture and dry mixture together
Step 4
Cover, and let rest for at least 2 hours if you can. It makes it nicer, but is not absolutely necessary. I leave it over night for the next day
Step 5
Mix again.
Step 6
Add oil to pan, heat, and add roughly a soup spoon full of batter to the pan, spreading the mixture by tilting the pan in an anti clockswise direction.
Step 7
Flip once a decent amount of bubbles form. Repeat steps 6 and 7 until batter is finished
Step 8
Tip: after the first pancake is done, replenish oil half way through each serving before flipping the pancake, using a teaspoon on the edge of the pan to spread the oil evenly. This makes the pancake edges curl upwards, thus making it easier to get under it with the spatula
Step 9
Serve with cinnamon sugar ( half cinnamon, half sugar, mix well) or any other filling of your choosing. Chicken mushroom sauce, mince, syrup or caramel sauce are options. Some people like it with banana and honey.
