Step 1
Soak all lentils, beans, and pearl barley for 8-12 hours or over night. 100g mix = 500ml water
Step 2
Drain and rinse very well.
Step 3
Chop all veggies and roots into your favourite shape.

Add the soaked mix into a pot, keep the same ratio (100g mix = 500ml water).
Step 5
Bring to boil on medium hob ring over high fire, then cook for another 10 minutes.
Step 6
Reduce heat to low, add chopped vegetables and spices and simmer for 40 minutes.
SERVINGS
Step 7
Sprinkle sesame seeds.
Step 8
Sprinkle chopped spring onion.
Step 9
Heat olive oil in saucepan and add dry pumpkin seeds, remove from fire once all popping is over.
