Instructions
Step 1
Measure flour, sugar, baking powder and salt into bowl.

Stir in remaining ingredients.




Step 3
Beat until smooth.
Step 4
For each crepe, lightly butter an 8 inch skillet, heat over medium heat until butter is bubbly.
Step 5
Pour scant 1/4 X of the batter into skillet; immediately rotate pan until batter covers bottom.
Step 6
Cook until light brown; turn and brown on other side.
Step 7
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
