I have been eating this for years and loving it. Then Chef Kamal Al-Faqih showed me how to make it. In my mind it’s a wonderful alternative to hummus. Serve it with amazing homemade pita chips or cut up vegetables. This is a crowd pleaser and you can prepare it several days in advance and refrigerate it
