Instructions
Step 1
Sautรฉ onion and garlic in butter & olive oil in a large saucepan for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Add tomato paste and mix well, cook for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Bring pot of water to a boil and cook gnocchi for 3-5 minutes just till they float to the top.
Step 4
While gnocchi is boiling add heavy cream to tomato mixture, lower temperature and simmer for 5 mins.
Step 5
Add gnocchi to tomato cream sauce and top with parsley and chili flakes if preferred.
Step 6
Enjoy warm as a side or main dish.
