8 ozChickpea pasta
Banza or other brand
12 oztomatoes
Organic, strained
365 ozShredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
7 ozChicken breakfast
or italian sausage by
7 ozMild pork italian sausage
1 ozSliced turkey pepperoni
fresh basil
Instructions
Step 1
Brown pork & chicken sausage in pan, add diced turkey pepperoni when almost done cooking
Step 2
Combine browned sausage/pepperoni, uncooked chickpea pasta, strained tomatoes, and fresh basil in mixing bowl
Step 3
Spread mixture evenly into 9 x 13 pan and top evenly with shredded cheese
Step 4
Bake at 350-400F for 20-25 min
