Soup - Spicy Chicken Noodle
This soup is perfect for when you're sick! You can leave the noodles out to make it gluten free.

Ingredients

2 tablespoonsolive oil

1onion
large, chopped

3stalks celery
chopped

3carrots
medium, chopped

3cloves garlic
minced

½ teaspooncayenne pepper

1 teaspoonpowdered ginger

10 cupschicken broth
homemade bone broth is best

3 cupschicken
either raw or pre-cooked, chopped

6 ozegg noodles

2scallions
chopped

salt
to taste

pepper
to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Saute onion, celery, carrot, and garlic in oil.
Step 2
If using raw chicken add it to the veggies you are sauteing.
Step 3
Add cayenne, ginger, salt, and pepper.
Step 4
When the veggies are soft and the chicken at least half cooked, add the broth. If you're using pre-cooked chicken, add it now. Bring the soup to a boil.
Step 5
Once the soup is boiling, add the noodles. Cook the noodles until they are aldente.
Step 6
Add the scallions and re-season with salt and pepper.
