Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking dish with foil or spray with oil. Add broccoli, olive oil and salt and pepper to taste. Toss together and bake for 10 minutes.
Step 2
While broccoli's cooking, bring a small pot of water to a boil, add salt to taste.
Step 3
In a large saucepan, add the butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, parmesan cheese and seasonings. Mix together and simmer.
Step 4
Once waters boil- add your ravioli and cook according to time on package (about 3-5 min).
Step 5
Add cooked ravioli and broccoli to pan with butter sauce, add in fresh parsley and mix together well to coat all raviolis with sauce.
Step 6
Serve with more grated parmesan and enjoy!
