Step 1
Preheat oven to 225 celsius and start to boil water in pot for potatoes
Step 2
Prepare the salmon on baking pans and season with salt, pepper, lemon juice, and cream.
Step 3
Cut the brussel sprouts in half, cover in oil and salt and pepper, and saute (because oven space will be taken up by the salmon)
