Instructions

Step 1
Have round steak and pork ground fine together

Soak bread crumbs in 1/2 cup milk
Step 3
Combine bread crumbs with meat
Step 4
Mix in eggs, onion, salt, sugar, spices

Blend and knead thoroughly
Step 6
Shape into small balls
Step 7
Brown and butter, shaking skillet and turning balls to brown evenly on all sides Eazy does It as the balls should hold their shape

Remove to serving dish

Add flour to pan and brown well add milk with just enough water to make a medium thick gravy salt to taste

Return balls to pan and gently cook covered for 15 minutes
Step 11
Serve with wild rice
