Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 F

Step 2
Beat together the sugar and eggs until thick and light. Beat in the oil and vanilla. Stir in the apples.
Step 3
Sift the flour with the salt, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg and fold into the apple mixture. Pour into an oiled and floured nine-inch square baking pan and bake 45 minutes or until done. Serve warm.
