350gplain white flour

3 Tbspchia seeds

½ tspdried yeast

½ tspchilli flakes

½ tspgarlic powder

2 Tbsphoney

salt

pepper

300mlwater
warm

Instructions
Step 1
Add the flour, chia seeds, yeast, chilli flakes, garlic powder, honey and a pinch of salt and pepper to a large bowl.Stir in the warm water and the oil. Using your hands, mix well to form a dough.
Step 2
Leave the dough to rise overnight or for at least 5 hours at room temperature. (Alternatively, if you want a flat base, leave the dough for a shorter period, between 30 and 60 minutes.)
Step 3
When ready to cook, heat the oven to 220?C. Using your knuckles, knead the dough on a floured surface, trying to avoid it getting sticky. Add a little more flour if the mixture is too wet.
Step 4
Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces.
Step 5
Use a rolling pin, roll the pieces into round pizza shapes, and place each on a lightly floured baking tray.
Step 6
Add your toppings however you like them and bake for 10-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the pizzas, or until the crust is brown.
