Step 1
Cook rice and let it cool. Store in fridge once cool. Tastes best if rice is made day before.

Put the rice in the bowl, pile on the avocado and cucumber. Add pickled ginger to the side of desired. Add soy sauce or liquid aminos as you'd like. Suggest adding black pepper as well since it helps your body absorb the nutrients.
