Instructions

Step 1
1. Pre heat oven around 190°c
Step 2
2. Dice onions, yellow pepper and red pepper and Place into a hot pan with a sprinkle of oil.

3. Once cooked through add garlic, salt, pepper and crushed tomatoes. (cook on a low heat while doing the next step)

4. Cut slices of the aubergine, courgette butternut squash and tomatoes so then they are in circle shapes
Step 5
5. Grab your oven dish and pour your tomato mixture from the pan.
Step 6
6.grab one of each veggies and place on top of the tomato mixture spreading them out a little and repeat till fully covered.
Step 7
7. Add some salt, pepper, basil and olive oil, mix together and pour on top.
Step 8
8. Cover up with tin foil and cook in the oven for 1hour.
