Instructions
Step 1
Heat 2 tablespoons ghee or butter over medium heat. Add the potatoes and cook until golden brown and tender. About 7-10 minutes. Remove the potatoes from the skillet and set aside.
Step 2
Add the sausage to the same pan and cook until browned, 5 minutes, set aside with the potatoes.
Step 3
Add in the zucchini and bell peppers (and onions and broccoli). Sauté until tender 3-4 minutes.
Stir in garlic and cook for an additional minute.
Step 4
Add the potatoes and sausage back into the pan along with the Italian seasoning and salt and pepper.
