Noom's original recipe for this is 2 servings and includes honey which I'm not eating as I'm trying to minimize sugar in my diet. I found their calorie break down confusing so here's my adjustment

Instructions

Step 1
Cut 1/3 of banana and mash with fork.
Step 2
Mix mashed banana with peanut butter and cream cheese.
Step 3
Spread on both slices of bread.
Step 4
Cut remaining banana in half lengthwise and width wise.
Step 5
Spray fring pan with cooking spray and cook Banana pieces until carmelized.
Step 6
Place banana strip on one slice of bread then top with other slice.
Step 7
Clean off and respray fry pan. Fry sandwich on each side till lightly browned.
