Instructions

Step 1
cook gluten free pasta as directed on box/container
Step 2
wash your veggies
Step 3
chop up red onion, cucumber, serrano pepper, & grape tomatoes (into fourths)
Step 4
remove tails from shrimp and chop
Step 5
cook black beans in microwave for ~1 min
Step 6
drain beans and rinse with cool water
Step 7
drain and rinse noodles with cool water once cooked
Step 8
add noodles to large bowl, along with veggies, black beans, and shrimp
Step 9
chop up desired amount of cilantro and add it to the bowl
Step 10
cut up avocado and add
Step 11
add cumin, tajin, and olive oil
Step 12
cut limes into fourths and squeeze lime juice into bowl
Step 13
add salt as desired

mix together and enjoy!
