Instructions
Step 1
Mince mushrooms either by hand or in a food processor, until they’re the size of meat crumbles. Sauté them in a pan with about 1-3 tsp olive oil, and taco seasoning.
Step 2
In a large salad bowl add chopped lettuce, optional black beans, tomato, and cheese. Add mushrooms and gently toss to combine everything. Serve now, or chill in refrigerator until ready to eat. (Don't add chips until ready to serve.)
Step 3
When ready to serve, add Doritos chips and dressing to salad. Toss to coat. Serve. 🙂
