Step 1
Preheat oven: Preheat oven at 180C/356F.

Put wet ingredients: Put Wet ingredients (oil, milk and maple syrup) into a bowl and mix.

Add dry ingredients: Place a strainer on the bowl, add Dry ingredients, sift them, and mix.
Step 4

Pour the dough: Pour 1 tablespoon of batter into the muffin, then 1 tablespoon of jam in the middle and then top with the remaining batter.
Step 5

Bake: Bake for 25 minutes at 180C/356F.
