Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
Step 2
Stir together everything EXCEPT 2 tbsp bbq sauce and honey. Try to stir in one direction.
Step 3
Shape into a 9x5 loaf on a foil lined baking sheet.
Step 4
Stir together remaining 2 tbsp bbq sauce and honey. Spread mixture on top of the loaf.
Step 5
Bake 45-60 min, or until loaf is no longer pink in the center.
Step 6
Slice and serve with additional bbq sauce or on bread as a sandwich
