Instructions
Step 1
Drain the sardine sauce. Mash them with a fork

Sauté onion, parsley, chili,cumin, paprika and garlic, when with a little bit of oil for 3 min. When it is cooked add the tomato dices and turn off the kitchen stove.

Mix the mashed sardines in a bowl, adding the eggs and the breadcrumbs. Season with salt and peper to taste

Heat oil in a frypan over medium heat. Flatten patty slightly and fry, Cook for 4–5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on crumpled paper towels and keep warm. Repeat with the rest of the balls, adding more oil if necessary. Serve with the lemon wedges

Slice open the buns, lay the lettuce, cheese, spread quince paste, top it with the sardine burger and the tomatoe salsa
