Instructions
Step 1
Place roast, seasoning packet, water and onion in a crockpot; cook on low for 24 - 36 hours.
Step 2
Add the carrots when there is 4 hours left for the roast. Then the potatoes at 2 hours then the cabbage at 1 hour.
Step 3
Cook until the vegetables are all fork tender. Serve with rolls if desired.
