400gshirataki noodles
250gchicken breast
cubed
100gonion
medium, quartered and sliced
50gRed Cabbage
shredded
80gspinach
Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Chop the ingredients.
Step 2
Combine the sauce ingredients.
Step 3
Heat the pan to medium-high heat. Add the chicken and season with salt and pepper. Add a lib and fry the chicken for 90 seconds.
Step 4
Add the onion and stir the onion for 2 minutes, until the onions get colour.
Step 5
Set aside the chicken & onion mixture. Return the pan to the hob on medium heat (do not add oil).
Step 6
Add the shirataki noodles and fry for 2 minutes until the liquid is completed evaporated and noodles start to get crispy.
Step 7
Return the chicken & onion to the pan. Combine.
Step 8
Add the sauce & stir fry for 90 seconds.
