These Crumbl peanut butter brownie cookies are a marriage made in heaven with a chocolatey cookie filled with just the right amount of peanut butter and topped with swirls of melted chocolate and peanut butter chips

Instructions

Peanut Butter Filling

Step 1
In sm. bowl, mix peanut butter, butter, & powdered sugar together until combined. Set aside in fridge for later.

Preheat oven to 350°F

Step 2
Line baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.
Step 3
Cream butter, brown sugar, & sugar until light & creamy. Mix in egg & vanilla until combined.
Step 4
Add flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, & salt; mix until flour mixture disappears.
Step 5
Scoop out 6 equally-sized cookie dough balls with lg. cookie scoop (⅓C), flatten between palms of your hands, & fill with about 1.5T peanut butter mixture. Fold cookie dough over peanutbutter filling & seal. Roll cookie dough in between palms of hands.
Step 6
Gently press down on the cookies to 1”-thickness. Bake (10 min.) Cool on baking sheet (10 min.) before transferring them to cooling rack.

Topping

Step 7
In two different bowls, melt the peanut butter chips & oil bowl #1, and chocolate chips & oil in bowl #2 in micro.. Stir every 30 sec. to make sure it doesn't burn.
Step 8
Top each cookie with a few teaspoons of melted chocolate & melted peanut butter chips; spread on top of each cookie. Enjoy!

Notes

Step 9
These cookies can be stored in airtight container at room temp (up to 4 days.)
Step 10
Sore in fridge in airtight container (up to 1 wk.) Depending on if you like them cold or room temp, you might have to pull them out of fridge & let them sit at room temp. for a little bit.
