Instructions

Step 1
1. Put the oats, honey, cocoa powder, banana, (optional) psyllium powder and milk in a blender. Mix it all together!

2. Put it on the stove until it has a thicker texture.
Step 3
3. Put it in a bowl and (optional) add something on top like banana, berries, etc.
