Instructions

Step 1
1 Preheat the oven to 2000, 400F, Gas Mark
Step 2
2 Place the salmon steaks in an ovenproof dish.
Step 3
Mix together the oyster sauce, chilli sauce and lime juice and pour over the salmon.
Step 4
Bake near the top of the oven for 8-10 minutes until cooked.
Step 5
4 Just before serving, sprinkle with coriander.
