2 poundsboneless skinless chicken breasts
diced

¾ cuplow sodium soy sauce
or coconut aminos

1 tablespoonsesame seed oil

3 teaspoonsminced garlic

1 tablespoonRice Vinegar

½ tablespoonChili Sauce

0.25 ounceItalian dressing seasoning
NOT Italian seasoning

¾ cupssoy sauce low sodium
Can also use coconut aminos

½ teaspoonground ginger
to taste, to top

¼ cupBrown Swerve
or brown sugar substitute of choice
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2
Add your diced chicken to your sheet pan and season with Italian seasoning. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until fully cooked.
Step 3
10 minutes before the chicken is done, make your sauce Heat up the sesame oil in a deep large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
Step 4
Add in the soy sauce, ground ginger, rice vinegar, brown swerve, and chili sauce. Allow to bubble up and thicken, stirring occasionally.
Step 5
Turn down the heat and add in your cooked chicken. Coat Chicken completely in the sauce and then remove from heat. Serve with rice, veggies, etc.
