Instructions
Step 1
Boil chicken until cooked thoroughly and then chop into small pieces.
Step 2
Melt butter over medium heat.
Step 3
Stir in onions and pepper until tender.
Step 4
Add flour.
Step 5
When well mixed, add chicken stock to deglaze the pan.
Step 6
Add heavy cream.
Step 7
Cook until thickened (about 5 mins).
Step 8
Add all seasonings and cook for 5 mins.
Step 9
Add beans, chilis, and chicken and simmer for 10 mins.
Step 10
Add sour cream and mix well.
