Instructions
Step 1
Place the banana in a bowl and mash roughly with a fork.
Step 2
Add the yoghurt and sprinkle over the turmeric, ginger and cinnamon.
Step 3
Mix well, adding a splash of water if the yoghurt is a bit thick, then divide between two dishes or glass tumblers, sprinkle with the nuts and serve.
