Step 1
Whisk the Arrow Root, egg, white pepper, salt, baking powder together along with a splash of water. Whisk until a thick batter has formed (add more water or arrow root to get right consistency). Chop the chicken into small pieces and cost in batter. Shallow fry the chicken until cooked through and place on one side.
Step 2
Mix the vinegar, soy, tomato ketchup, erythritol and paprika together to form a thick sauce.
Step 3
Fry the onion and bell pepper in a small amount of oil until softened. Add the cooked chicken and sauce. Mix through and cook until piping hot. Serve
