Instructions

Step 1
Cut the tomatoes/ cherry tomatoes into small pieces.
Step 2
Mash the avocado using a fork and add salt, and other spices of preference. Can use pepper, Italian herbs, basil, and a bit of lemon.
Step 3
Prepare the salmon with salt, and spices of preference. Can be pepper, Italian herbs, basil as well. Method 1: Cook it in a frying pan, and while there pour a few drops of lemon, or lemon juice. Method 2: cook it in a slow cooker similarly, but using baking paper and placing one, or two slices of lemon on top of the salmon (last one optional, can be drops of lemon, or lemon juice as well). You can also add a bit of olive oil.
Step 4
Prepare the rice after preference (I used coconut rice which I microwaved really quickly).
Step 5
Now place everything on the plate: tomatoes, mashed avocado, corn, rice, and salmon. Enjoy!
