Step 1
Preheat the oven on 200 °C. Place the cherry tomatoes in the oven with a little bit of oil for ca. 20 minutes.
Step 2
Toast the bread as preferred. Brush it with the garlic clove on one side.
Step 3
Cut the avocado in slices and place it on the bread. Top it with the mozzarella and roasted tomatoes. Drizzle truffle oil on top and sprinkle it with basil.
