Step 1
boil potatoes in salted water until cooked but not mushy



Step 2
boil eggs until soft, then peel and cut into 1/4

Step 3
chop vegetables and drain herring

in a large bowl add all your ingredients as well as the oil, vinegar and condiments, stir and serve! (ideally served cold)
