Instructions
Step 1
Cook pasta in salted water until al dente.
Step 2
Add butter, olive oil, and garlic to a pan on medium heat.
Step 3
When the garlic is fragrant, add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Reserve some pasta water.
Step 4
Season with pepper, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, parsley, chili flakes, and lemon juice.
Step 5
Add cream cheese and mix until melted. Add parmesan, cooked pasta, and a bit of pasta water.
Step 6
Mix until creamy. Serve and top with more cheese and lemon juice. Enjoy!
