Ingredients

1 headromaine lettuce
or green-leaf, coarsely chopped
2 cupscherry tomatoes
or grape tomatoes, halved
2 cupscarrots
shredded
2yellow bell peppers
finely chopped
1English cucumber
halved, seeded, and thinly sliced
1red onion
medium, finely chopped
3 tablespoonsolive oil
3 tablespoonsred wine vinegar
3 tablespoonshoney
3 tablespoonsdijon mustard
1 tablespoondried oregano
1garlic clove
minced
Kosher salt
black pepper
freshly ground
Instructions
Step 1
Combine the lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, bell peppers, cucumber, and onion in a large bowl.
Step 2
Whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, honey, mustard, oregano, and garlic in a medium bowl and season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Just before serving, pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
