Instructions
For the basis
Step 1
Put all the ingredients from the base in a mixing bowl. If self-saising flower is not available, it can be substituted by normal flower + a tea spoon of ferment/baking powder
Step 2
Mix it together until a homogeneous paste is achieved
Vegetable part
Step 3
Grate the onion, the carrot and mix it into the base
Step 4
Cut the palmito in small pieces (not too small, not too big), and mix it into the base
If using spinach
Step 5
Pre steam the spinach, until very soft, drain it and cut it into small pieces. Then mix it into the base
