Instructions

Step 1
In a bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking soda and salt.
Step 2
In a second bowl, mix together the egg, orange juice, orange zest, milk and melted butter.
Step 3
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Don't overwork the batter.
Step 4
Using approx 1/4 cup of the batter for each crepe, cook crepes in a lightly buttered non-stick pan.
