Instructions

Step 1
Make sure you download the SMASH App, and get your delicious discounts on Lo Dough Pizza Bases, The Curators Mushroom Meatballs, Seggiano Passata and Eat Lean Cheese.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 200°c fan, add the meatballs to an oven proof nonstick dish, and lightly oil with olive or rapeseed oil. Add to oven for 6 mins.
Step 3
Prep you pizza base on a some foil in an oven proof dish, with the smooth side facing up. Spread Passata generously all over the pizza base.
Step 4
Grate the Eat Lean Cheese.
Step 5
When 6 minutes is up, take the balls out the oven and slice in half, and add to the pizza base. Sprinkle the cheese all over.
Step 6
Add to the oven again for 10 minutes, or longer depending on how crispy you like the base.
Step 7
Once the pizza is done in the oven, sprinkle a handful of rocket to add some subtle peppery flavour.
