Instructions

Step 1
Dice chilli, pepper and onion and soften in oil for 2-3 minutes
Step 2
Add spices and cook for further 2-3 minutes until fragrant
Step 3
Add rice and coat in mix
Step 4
Add enough stock to cover the rice and simmer for 10-12 minutes until stock has been absorbed and rice is cooked and fluffy
