Instructions

Step 1
In oven safe skillet sear chicken breast in 1 tbsp of butter.

Remove chicken and deglaze the pan with chicken broth

Melt 2 tbsp of butter and garlic until fragrant. Add cream cheese, heavy whipping cream, seasonings. Stir until well blended.

Lower heat and simmer until sauce starts to thicken. Whisk continuously.

Add Parmigiano and whisk until smooth.
Step 6
Add chicken and broccoli to the pan and stir together.
