Sauce

1 Tbspgarlic paste

1 tspdried oregano

½ tspRed pepper flakes

½ cupsun dried tomatoes

¾ cuplow sodium chicken broth

½ cupheavy whipping cream

3 TbspPasta water

1 tsponion powder

Instructions
Tenderize Chicken
Step 1
Pound the meat until there is an even 1” thickness
Marinate chicken
Step 2
Mix the chicken in with the acidic base marinade with the spice blend from the ingredients list

Seal and refrigerate for 4hrs
Cook chicken
Step 4
Sear whole chicken thighs 5 min one side and 8 min other side (not fully cooked intentionally)

Rest mostly cooked chicken on paper towels to cool

Add the chicken to it’s own dedicated bowl to refrigerate and use in multiple pasta meal preparations
Cook Pasta

Bring pot of water to a boil (covered is quickest way to heat)

Once boiling, add a hefty pinch of salt and cover

Once back to a rolling boil, toss in pasta. Keep stovetop at high and cook till recommended time on box or 10min

Take cooked pasta out of pot and set aside in a bowl

Scoop and set aside a quarter cup of pasta water for later
Final cook with sauce

Heat up oil in a NON-cast iron pan

Add garlic paste, sauce spice blend, and sun dried tomatoes. Sauté till fragrant

Add chicken broth, heavy cream, members mark flamin jack cheese, 1.5 cups of cooked pasta, 1.5 cups of cooked chicken pieces

Step 15
Bring pan to a simmer, then start a 3-5min clock.
Step 16
Add salt to taste (taste test sauce using spoon) and plate in a bowl
