Instructions

Step 1
heat oil in pan.

scramble eggs, set aside.

saute garlic, add scallions and saute

add shrimp and cook about 80%.

add more oil to pan.

add onions and carrots.

season with salt and pepper

add butter.

add bowl of cooked rice.

top rice with soy sauce and sesame oil.

break up rice and add eggs and toss until mixed.
