Instructions

Step 1
prep veggies. toast and cook couscous in butter and olive oil. toss veggies with seasonings and oil and toss carrots with balsamic.
Step 2
bake carrots & potatoes until you can easily stick a fork into them. potatoes may need to cook longer.
