Instructions

Step 1
In a bowl mix water and oats and let it sit 5 minutes . Now add the egg sugar and yeast and stir to combine

Step 2
Add 2 cups of flour and 1 tsp of salt and mix on top before combining with the wet ingredients then add olive oil. Mix until a dough forms then knead until the dough is smooth ( a few minutes ) put in an oiled bowl and cover it and let it rise one and a half hours in a warm place .

Step 3
Once dough has risen punch down the dough then divide into 8 . Roll into balls then place on a lined baking tray and cover 40 minutes . Now brush with egg wash and sprinkle seeds on top and bake at 175 c fan setting or 350 f fan setting for 15 minutes and enjoy
