Stuffing

450gmince pork 5 %

450gturkey mince

½ cuprice

1egg

1onion

2cloves of garlic

1 tspmarjoram

1cabbage

salt

pepper
Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Parboil the rice, cool down.
Step 2
Mix stuffing ingredients in the bowl.
Step 3
Boil the whole cabbage so the leaves come off easily.
Step 4
Stuff the leaves.
Step 5
Place the portions in the pot, cover with sauce. Cook about 60 minutes.
