Lentil Hummus
2 steps
Prep:10min
This recipe is in the Non-Diet Method snacks guide.
Made with pre-cooked vac packed lentils, this hummus is full of flavour, simple to make and a high protein alternative to chickpea hummus.
I use Merchant Gourmet Puy lentils as they have a really good depth of flavour, but any pre-cooked and vac packed lentils will do! Season well to taste. This hummus will keep in the fridge for up to 5 days.
