Instructions
Step 1
Chop parsley, zest and squeeze lemon, and prepare garlic cloves.
Step 2
Begin cooking linguini. Reserve a little bit of pasta water when done.
Step 3
Meanwhile, add a drizzle of olive oil and the garlic cloves into a pan.
Step 4
Add the juice of the lemon and allow to simmer for a couple minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 5
Add the heavy cream, the zest of the lemon, and a small bunch of chopped parsley. Simmer on low for a few more minutes.
Step 6
Season with salt and remove garlic cloves.
Step 7
Add cooked linguini and a little bit of pasta water to the sauce and mix together over low heat for a couple minutes.
Step 8
Serve with a small drizzle of olive oil, Parmesan, and chopped parsley. Enjoy!
