Instructions
Step 1
Grab a large pan and set stove to medium-high heat
Step 2
Add water, beef bullion cube (or you could do beef broth/ any type of beef flavoring), garlic (measure with your heart) , soy sauce, and brown sugar. Let them come to a simmer
Step 3
Once at a simmer; add the stir fry beef. ( If you can’t find stir fry beef, just use regular steak of your choice and cut thin slices) let the beef cook thoroughly. * at this time start your rice if it takes awhile *
Step 4
When beef is cooked, make a corn starch slurry and add it to thicken the sauce. * add water if sauce becomes too thick*
Step 5
Add your broccoli and cover pan to let cook. *don’t forget to stir occasionally *
Step 6
Once broccoli is cooked thoroughly; serve it over your rice and enjoy!
