Ingredients

2 package’spork baby-back ribs

1 cupsoy sauce

3 tablespoonsmirin

½ cupsugar

2 Tbsprice syrup

8 tablespoonsgochujang
Korean chile pepper paste

1sweet onion
minced

8cloves garlic
minced

3 tablespoonsfresh ginger
minced

4 teaspoonssesame oil

3scallions
thinly sliced and cut on a bias, for garnish
2 tablespoonskochukaru-red chilli powder

1 tablespoonbeef dashida
Instructions
Step 1
Add all the ingredients into a medium size bowl and stir until well mixed
Step 2
Remove the membrane on the bone part of the ribs with a napkin
Step 3
Cut up the ribs
Step 4
Add ribs into two large ziplock bags
Step 5
Pour the sauce and seal. Marinate overnight
Step 6
Preheat oven to 400

Step 7
Add ribs meat side up on a baking pan with foil, cover top with another foil to evenly cook. Cook for 60 minutes
Step 8
Turn the ribs and baste the leftover marinade and cook for additional 30 minutes.
Step 9
Turn the oven to broil and cook until tips begin to char and slightly blacken (about 5 minutes)
