Instructions

Step 1
Cube and soak tofu in hot water
Step 2
Toast Szechuan peppercorns over medium heat about 1 minute the grind to powder
Step 3
Add oil to pan and fry ground pork
Step 4
Add garlic ginger paste and fresh chili peppers sauté for 1 minute
Step 5
Add xiaoxing wine and black soy sauce and cook down 1 minute
Step 6
Pour chicken stock into the mixture and bring to boil
Step 7
Add corn starch to 1 tbs cold water and stir to make slurry then add to pan
Step 8
Once thickened add drained tofu and gently mix together
Step 9
Stir in toasted Szechuan pepercorns and chili crisp simmer for two minutes
Step 10
Serve over rice and garnish with green onions
